Gallery Geissbühler

Exhibition

at the Pitsch Geissbühler Gallery, CH-Zofingen

The solo exhibition at Gallery Pitsch Geissbühler in Zofingen began with the vernissage on Saturday, February 29, 2020 (from 17:00) and was originally planned to last until the finissage on Saturday, April 4, 2020 (from 14:00 to 18:00). In between, Sunday aperitifs were scheduled for March 15 and March 29, 2020 (both from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm), where I was present in person on each occasion.
Due to the closure as a result of the Corona virus from March 19 to May 18, the exhibition was extended from May 19 – 30.

In the exhibition, in addition to works from earlier creative periods, mainly new works from the ‘Nordic Style Series’ were shown publicly for the first time. The paintings from this phase were created after the visit to Finnish Lapland in the spring of 2019 and are based on the fantastic colors, shapes and experiences of this fascinating period in the far north.

In addition, I have created for the first time four painted figurines to match pictures, which have found a special place in the exhibition.
